What is Group Coaching?
Group Coaching is a low cost way to access professional coaches with your business development and leadership questions. Group Coaching allows small groups of 6-10 business owners to come together to ask questions, brainstorm ideas and learn from others’ successes and challenges.
Group coaching is confronting and often challenging. It takes time, commitment and willingness to attend the sessions, share your questions, take on action steps and be accountable for following through. However, as you do this, you'll transform your business and your life! You’ll learn more, faster, you’ll get more done and you’ll prevent costly mistakes while networking with other business owners.
Who engages in group coaching?
Entrepreneurs, senior executives, team leaders and business owners wanting to improve their personal and professional effectiveness, engage in group coaching. Anyone wanting to create positive, meaningful change can work with a coach. We specialize in working with entrepreneurs with viable startups and revenue between $100K-$1M, as well as entrepreneurs and executives leading companies of $1M-$100M.

Where does coaching happen?
Group Coaching happens by conference call and webinar. You also have member-only access to the Venture Group Forum for asking questions, discussing issues and posting progress on your action steps.
When does coaching happen?
Coaching sessions are offered 4 times per week by our team of coaches. You may attend 1 session per week or all 4, it's up to you. Coaching also happens throughout the days and weeks in your own mind, as you think about and reflect on insights from sessions and your implementation efforts. Business and leadership development doesn’t happen 1 hour a week in a conversation. It unfolds gradually as your personal awareness grows and you put what you learn into action.
